Side Tilt: the great thing about neck exercises is that you can do them almost anytime anywhere. For the side tilt you can either sit or stand. Stand up straight and tilt your head to the right. Move slowly as you are doing this exercise and stop moving your head when it is about halfway to your shoulder. Hold this position for ten seconds. Bring your head back to the beginning position. Now do the same thing for the other side. Do this four more times on each side.

Back and Front Tilt: Again this exercise can be done when you are sitting down or standing up. Stand up straight and lean your head back to look straight up at the ceiling and hold for two seconds. Slowly come back to your starting position. Repeat five to ten times.

Rotation: As you are looking for ways to tone up your neck the rotation is a particularly good one. Stand up straight and look to your right side. Lean back slowly and keep turning as far as you can. Then very slowly come back to your starting position. Now repeat this movement on the other side. Repeat this on each side five to ten times.

Side Resistance: You can use you hand to create the resistance. First hold your right hand up to your head and gently apply pressure to your head while holding your head straight. Increase pressure with your hand while continuing to resist with your head. Do this for ten seconds, and then switch to the other side. Repeat on each side ten times.

Front Resistance: This is very much like side resistance, but only to the front. Hold you hand in front of your head and gently push. Resist the push with your head and hold for ten seconds. Rest for several seconds and then repeat ten times, and with the help of a healthy diet and a few good exercises you have learned how to lose neck fat.
